Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Payments experience acquiring and issuing Commercial card issuing knowledge is a plus KPIs On-time project delivery Budget Compliance Quality & Stakeholder satisfaction Risk Mitigation success Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities Work with Processors and other relevant stakeholders to implement Mastercard listed products Project manages all activities related to going live with Mastercard products Develop full list of activities and dependencies that need to occur Track activities and escalates any roadblocks Coordinate within Mastercard teams, client and third parties to support completion of critical tasks Support the client set up various processes and systems to run the card business efficiently Support training and upskilling the client on relevant processes that need to be followed to run a card business (examples include, payments 101, reconciliation, settlement, billing, chargebacks, etc) Oversee all aspects of projects. Coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the project's progress. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects. Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
