Position: Human Resources Business Partner Location: Centurion, Gauteng Position Purpose: To act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You’ll work closely with management to enhance employee engagement, develop talent, and foster a high-performance culture. Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar position. Experience within the medical aid industry would be advantageous. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Partner with management to implement and roll out HR strategies that support business goals Provide expert guidance on policies, procedure and processes, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies Support the HR team in organizing and managing HR-related events, such as employee engagement activities, performance reviews, and compliance audits Contribute to creating a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement and promoting company culture Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness KEY COMPETENCIES Skills and Abilities Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and how to see these through in practice Strategic thinking and business acumen Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability Emotional intelligence and sound judgment Change management and adaptability Problem-solving and decision-making capability High level of integrity and confidentiality Results-driven with a proactive mindset Note: Company reserves the right to close the advert before specified closing date. #J-18808-Ljbffr
