You’ll have the opportunity to shape production processes, lead dedicated teams, and collaborate with experts in entomology, microbiology, and crop protection. Responsibilities: Ensure insect cultures and environments are in optimal condition for production. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency. Implement meaningful measurement and monitoring systems. Conduct research, trials, and apply best practices for cutting‑edge production methods. Develop and train production teams to achieve excellence. Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production to proactively safeguard quality. Become a subject matter expert in biological production through continuous learning and innovation. Requirements Masters Degree in Entomology and Microbiology or related. Experience with Biological quality management and Baculovirus Production. Will be travelling between Addo, Port Elizabeth and Citrusdal. Valid Drivers License.
