Key Responsibilities Drive the overall financial strategy, planning, and business growth initiatives for the group. Partner with the Board and leadership to enable data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. Oversee group financial consolidation, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes. Manage multi-country finance operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. Lead treasury, cash flow management, and fund-raising activities including banking relationships. Strengthen governance, internal controls, risk management, and audit frameworks. Lead and develop finance teams, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable. Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a multi-country organization. Proven track record in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and group consolidation. Strong expertise in treasury management, cash flow optimization, and fund-raising activities. In-depth knowledge of international financial regulations, compliance standards, and audit processes. Excellent leadership and team development skills with a demonstrated ability to build high-performance cultures. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
