Drive lean manufacturing practices, support new product introductions, and ensure compliance with automotive quality standards. Manage budgets, lead cross-functional teams, and provide technical expertise in automation, tooling, and process control, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Job Experience and Skills Required: BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years’ Engineering Management experience in automotive manufacturing Strong project management and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) expertise Knowledge of automotive quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 14001) Proven leadership, analytical, and cross-functional stakeholder management skill #J-18808-Ljbffr
