We are looking for a Technical Operations Assistant to join our client's team in Benoni. This role is to provide high-level executive, administrative, and operational support to the CEO while acting as a technical liaison across IT, network, and support teams. This role requires previous technical support experience and knowledge. Key Responsibilities Executive Support: Manage CEO calendar, meetings, travel; Prepare reports and summaries; Track action items. Operational Coordination: Coordinate across departments; Track projects and escalations. Technical Coordination: Support discussions on networking, VoIP, Microsoft 365; Translate technical updates into business summaries. Client Interaction: Support client communication and meetings. Process Improvement: Identify and improve workflows.
