Ability to receive instruction and follow thought as required. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests, staff and external stakeholders. Knowledge and experience of lodge operations, including front desk, kitchen/chef and housekeeping. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel & Word. Familiar with Nightsbridge Booking platform and Extranets. Understanding of financial management principles and experience with budgeting and cost control. Marketing and Social Media experience. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Availability to work flexible hours as well as extra hours when required. Lead by example very important. Desire, drive, and experience to develop the lodge to its full potential. Ability to operate independently.
