The Recruitment Specialist would be responsible for working closely with the Recruitment Manager, stakeholders and POC’s in managing high volume recruitment whilst ensuring that the company attracts and retains the best caliber in the market by adopting the TP DNA. Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program. Key Responsibilities Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc. Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Provide analytical and well‑documented reports to the rest of the team Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work” Work to industry best practice with regards to talent management, attraction and retention Work alongside all business leads to ensure the company attracts and hires the best talent Proactive recruitment for future vacancies as a result of business projections (Bulk & Professional Services) Analyse data, using statistical methods and applications, to evaluate market trends and industry benchmarking Develop interview techniques, rating scales, and abilities/interests for the purpose of employee selection and placement for high volume recruitment Identify abilities and develop potential through tests and job‑relevant exercises and assessments at selection Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process Handle recruitment and training of new recruiters Review, write and implement procedures Monitor high levels of quality rendered to minimize errors Manage recruitment reports and implement improvements Understand and manage one’s own emotions and the emotions of others to foster positive relationships and enhance impact of action Listen actively to the emotional needs of team members, strive to understand them and act appropriately to build positive relationships Visionary leadership often requires taking initiative, managing risks, and driving innovation Communication Clear, persuasive, and empathetic communication is a cornerstone of effective leadership Effective interpersonal skills are essential for teamwork and building strong professional relationships Open‑Mindedness Being receptive to different perspectives helps in building meaningful relationships Solution Orientation Problem‑solving is the process of analyzing an issue, finding its causes, and figuring the best way to fix it Solution orientation is the mindset of focusing on solutions instead of just the problem They work together because Problem‑solving helps understand the issue Solution orientation keeps actions positive and focused instead of getting stuck on obstacles Process Excellence Achievement‑oriented individuals strive for efficiency and effectiveness in their work Critical Thinking They analyze situations to overcome obstacles and achieve results Qualifications and Experience Required Matric/Equivalent 2–3 years’ experience as a Recruitment Specialist Proven track record in Bulk/Volume Recruitment (Essential) Sound knowledge of employment law and legislation (Advantageous) #J-18808-Ljbffr
