Position: Access Control Administrator Location: Cape Town Job Mode: Office based Role Purpose The Lenel Administrator will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining the Lenel Access Control System across Teleperformance sites. This role ensures operational continuity, rapid issue resolution, and compliance with global physical security standards. Responsibilities System Administration: Manage Lenel Access Control System configuration, including controllers, readers, maglocks, and role groups. Access Management: Oversee card uploads, access level assignments, and troubleshooting of badge‑related issues. Incident Response: Provide immediate support during access control faults, ensuring rapid resolution to minimize downtime. Audit & Compliance: Maintain accurate logs, enforce role‑based access controls, and ensure readiness for internal and external audits. System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve configuration errors, connectivity issues, and software faults in coordination with IT and security teams. Operational Support: Collaborate with Physical Security Officers, IT, and Asset Support teams to ensure seamless integration of security systems. Key Attributes Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software faults under pressure. Familiarity with audit and compliance frameworks for physical security. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience with IT Systems, Access Control Systems, and Auditing. Strong knowledge of access control principles and physical security protocols.
