Role Purpose Deliver an exceptional experience and education to Private Wealth clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation, and overall protection tactics, increasing the vertical sales index (VSI) and driving client retention and entrenchment through contextual Money Management principles. Responsibilities Achieve revenue and profit targets by growing the portfolio base, providing independent holistic advice and solutions that ensure revenue and profit growth. Identify and utilize opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets. Provide appropriate banking and financial solutions across an allocated portfolio of clients. Identify local and offshore fiduciary opportunities and advise on client philanthropy. Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements and adhere to relevant processes. Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation. Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the First Rand Group (FRG). Conduct client reviews within the context of client engagements and market financial services solutions within the relevant business offering. Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development. Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to organizational values and service standards. Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs. Qualifications Relevant NQF7 Level Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting. Completed RE5 qualification. Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in Banking, Investment, Financial Planning, Wealth Management and a client‑facing environment. Full understanding of money management principles. Sound knowledge of banking and financial services regulatory requirements. Knowledge of wealth management creation, accumulation, protection or risk. Proven track record in servicing a portfolio of clients and in acquiring new relationships. Excellent project‑management skills with the ability to plan and organize work independently. Desired Skills and Experience Excellent knowledge of global financial markets and current affairs. Ability to match client needs with appropriate product solutions. Sound knowledge of the bank’s risk and other mandates to ensure good commercial judgment while representing the bank’s interests.
