Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Odyssey POS system and related operational processes Oversee stock control, stock adjustments, and inventory accuracy Process GRVs and assist with creditor reconciliations Troubleshoot POS, network, and system-related issues Generate operational and stock-related reports for management Support daily retail operations and assist staff with system-related queries Ensure efficient stock movement and operational workflow Assist management with operational oversight and process improvements Support e-commerce and Shopify-related operational functions where required Maintain accurate administrative and operational records Minimum Requirements: Strong Odyssey POS experience ESSENTIAL Previous experience within the hardware or building supply industry advantageous Strong understanding of stock control and inventory management Experience with GRV processing and creditor reconciliations Computer literate and technically minded Experience with POS systems, troubleshooting, and retail operations Shopify/e-commerce experience advantageous Strong administrative and problem-solving skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organised, and operationally driven Working Hours: Retail trading hours Saturdays: until 13:00 No working on Sundays Salary: R15,000 R25,000 per month (based on experience) Performance-based earning potential Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
