Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualification highly advantageous:CA(SA) CIMA ACCA Experience: Minimum 35 years of relevant finance experience. Experience within Financial Services, Asset Management, or a similarly regulated environment. Proven experience managing audits, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management. Skills: Strong financial reporting and consolidation expertise. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools. Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Non-Negotiables: Strong understanding of South African tax legislation and regulatory requirements. Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
