Responsibilities Recruitment, selection and induction processes: advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews and assessments, arranging orientation and induction, sending regret communication, onboarding and off‑boarding employees, completing background and risk checks. Handling employee enquiries relating to HR processes. Compiling monthly HR reports. Diary management. Drafting letters pertaining to IR matters. General office management – coordinating interviews, assessments and HR onboarding sessions. Assisting with HR projects. Providing ad‑hoc support. Qualifications & Experience Human Resources related qualification. 2–3 years of HR administration experience. Good understanding and knowledge of HR related processes and systems. Experience in bulk recruitment is advantageous. Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Grade 12 with general office and/or personnel experience. Knowledge and Skills MS Office proficiency. Financial Services industry knowledge. Reporting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of confidentiality.
