Job Summary The Sr. Project Assistant is responsible for supporting project teams by maintaining schedules, tracking resources, and preparing progress reports. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy in routine tasks and provides coordination support across multiple projects. The role is intended for experienced support-level staff that generally works autonomously and only requires closer supervision in non‑routine situations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update project schedules and resource plans Prepare and distribute project status and progress reports Coordinate meetings, documentation, and communication among project stakeholders Support project tracking and issue resolution processes Assist in maintaining project documentation and compliance records Skills & Qualifications Typically requires vocational training (or equivalent experience) and several years of relevant work experience to carry out the role.
