Responsibilities Planning, developing, documenting and executing a detailed project plan. Coordinating the efforts of stakeholders to deliver projects according to plan. Developing a detailed Project Charter. Initiating internal and external kick-offs. Following the Genasys project delivery process (Agile). Delivering backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning, demo and retrospective meetings. Responsible for the full Change Management process, including all escalation and documentation. Risk management through the Risk Matrix and Risk management toolkit. Financial planning and forecasting and ensuring that milestones are achieved. Determine appropriate revenue recognition and ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Effective stakeholder management, which include ongoing engagement to ensure transparency and resolving day-to-day challenges. Ensure all project documents are complete, current and appropriately recorded per Genasys process. Maintain continuous team motivation and encouragement and provide ongoing performance feedback to ensure high-performance delivery.
