Beyond the numbers, this is a role that requires someone deeply embedded in the day-to-day running of buildings - overseeing service delivery, maintenance, compliance, and contractor performance, while keeping a close eye on tenant experience and retention. From managing budgets, reporting and income optimisation to being present on site, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring everything runs as it should, your ability to balance commercial thinking with strong, hands-on operational execution will be key. You’ll engage closely with internal and external stakeholders, operating with the autonomy expected of someone confident in both the strategic and operational aspects of property management. This role will suit an astute professional with a relevant tertiary education and 3 (minimum) -7 years’ (maximum) experience in commercial property management, who brings not only financial and leasing capability but also a solid track record of managing the operational realities of buildings.
