Business Developer An exciting role for ambitious individuals who want to grow across Africa in the mining, oil & gas, industrial, and construction industries. Key Responsibilities: Develop and grow client accounts across multiple industries including mining, oil & gas, construction, ports, rail, and industrial sectors Build strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams Learn and understand deeply the company's key products and divisions to identify opportunities across client operations Understand client requirements and provide solutions from across the company's various divisions Travel extensively throughout Africa, including countries such as Guinea, Angola, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia, DRC, Tanzania, Mozambique, Malawi, Ghana, Mali, and Ivory Coast Maintain strong communication and follow‑up with clients and internal departments Work closely with buyers, admin teams, logistics, finance, dispatch, and division heads to ensure smooth project execution Maintain and update workflow systems, CRM systems, and weekly client progress tracking Present weekly updates to the CEO, COO, and CFO regarding client activity, opportunities, quotations, progress, and pipeline growth Continuously look for new project opportunities and ways to grow accounts Requirements: Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Willingness to travel extensively across Africa Strong willingness to learn technical products and multiple industries Highly driven, self‑motivated, and energetic Ability to work in a fast‑paced and target‑driven environment Strong organisational and reporting skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reports to: CEO, COO, and CFO #J-18808-Ljbffr
