Main Purpose Direct and control all aspects to Wet-Spray & Powder Coating processes. To maximize efficiency to Wet-Spray & Powder Coating processes within the plant. Review efficiencies, utilization and eliminate waste within the Wet-Spray & Powder Coating process. Deliver high quality products/components to clearly defined standards.in support of the business needs, to achieve plant requirements and expectations in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Minimum job requirements Minimum Grade12 with Math’s or Equivalent. Additional certifications or achievements will be an advantage. Clear Criminal Record. Must have experience working in a factory environment with high-speed production to Wet-Spray or Powder Coating. 3 Years Minimum Setting & operating, Hand Tools & Equipment experience. Excellent hand-eye coordination. Must have in-depth knowledge of paint mixing and spraying techniques. Ability to see subtle color differences. Experience with breathing masks and protective clothing. Ability to work with acid and harsh chemicals.
