Requirements 3+ years' experience in retail/supermarket and fuel operations Proven ability to lead and manage large, diverse teams Strong computer skills — MS Office, Excel, GSuite Familiarity with POS and operational platforms (e.g. ARCH, Winbranch or similar) Valid driver's licence Clear criminal record Experience in franchised QSRs, butchery, bakery or food service environments Exposure to major fuel brand operations Tertiary qualification or relevant industry certifications Willing to work weekends, public holidays, extended shifts when required Responsibilities Manage all daily operations across fuel, retail and food service Lead, develop and performance-manage a multi-disciplinary team Drive sales, GP and margin targets across all departments Control stock, shrinkage and inventory across all business units Ensure full compliance — franchise standards, hygiene, safety and labour law Manage HR/IR, rosters, payroll and wage costs Maintain accurate admin, cash-ups and operational reporting Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
