This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals Identify and secure new business opportunities Maintain and grow existing client relationships Develop and execute structured call cycles and sales plans Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales performance Client Relationship Management Build strong, long-term relationships with clients Act as a trusted advisor, supporting clients’ business growth Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups Account & Territory Management Manage client accounts, including stock levels and product performance Monitor and analyse client needs to optimise sales opportunities Ensure effective product placement and merchandising where applicable Promotions & Marketing Execution Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives Conduct product presentations and client training sessions Ensure clients are informed about new products and promotions Support in-store or on-site promotional activities when required Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate client records and sales data Process orders, new accounts, and related documentation Submit regular reports on sales performance and activities Monitor account payments and assist with collections where necessary Work closely with internal teams including sales management, marketing, and operations Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities Maintain professional communication internally and externally Requirements Proven experience in sales or a client-facing role Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Target-driven with a strong results orientation Valid driver’s license, own transport and willingness to travel Base -R16 000 – R17 500 per month (based on experience) Medical Aid: 30% company contribution Provident Fund: Company contribution (as per policy) Commission: Performance-based (linked to sales targets) #J-18808-Ljbffr
