As a District Manager for the Africa Region in our Material Handling business, you’ll be at the forefront of driving dealer performance, strengthening our market presence, and developing strategic partnerships across a diverse and dynamic territory. You will manage exclusive dealer networks for Bobcat and Doosan brands, with a focus on Material Handling equipment, acting as the primary connection between our business and our valued dealers. We’re looking for someone who will: Manage and support dealer networks, set targets, and drive business growth for Bobcat and Doosan. Optimize territory coverage, identify opportunities, and expand market share through market insights. Strengthen dealer capabilities via training and support, act as the first contact for dealer needs, and build lasting relationships. Track key KPIs, forecast demand, and share market intelligence with internal teams. Lead dealer networks, collaborate across functions, and support commercial process improvements. What sets you apart: Proven experience in industrial goods, with at least 5 years in dealer network management. Strong technical background in machinery, especially material handling equipment , or similar equipment. Fluency in English (French is a strong advantage). Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Entrepreneurial spirit, hands‑on problem‑solving ability, and resilience under pressure. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
