Job Summary As Managed Service Quote Operations Associate you will be responsible for the timely and accurate production of high volume / small value customer‑facing quotes. The role involves receiving requests from customers or sales, liaising with internal and external suppliers to obtain cost inputs, and generating client pricing prior to quote production. You will work as part of a fast‑paced team that operates to a high standard with a right‑first‑time mentality, liaising with various stakeholders—internal business units, external vendors, suppliers and customers—to build, maintain and enhance relationships, investigate and resolve queries, and support initiatives that drive operational improvements. What you will do Generate quotes for Managed Services contracts, according to the small orders definition Produce new, renewal and change request Managed Services contracts, according to the small orders definition Liaise with suppliers, vendors and third parties, including the use of portals, tools and a standardised price book Collaborate with Sales Operations for processing Managed Services contracts, according to the small orders definition Liaise with purchasing and contract management teams to order any third‑party services Administer existing contracts within the small orders definition on an ongoing basis Liaise with internal departments to confirm vital contract information Use internal tools for account management and order processing (Microsoft Navision, CRM, Great Plains) Maintain individual pipeline and forecast for small orders Process auto‑renewals where applicable, not exceeding £10k total contract revenue Perform any additional activity directed by management What we expect of you 1+ years of experience in quotation administration, client management, vendor management, reseller management or a related role Quotation management: Strong understanding of quotation renewals, cancellations, new quote creation and amendments Stakeholder management: Experience building relationships and engaging with multiple internal business units, support functions, vendors and resellers Technical skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, ERP solutions, Microsoft Office and reporting tools Quotation processing: Ability to prepare accurate quotes promptly, build pricing and estimates, and analyze material and job costing with strong numerical and analytical skills Quality control: Experience with quality control or compliance checks for quote requests, line additions/removals, cancellations and renewals within a system‑based work queue Attention to detail, strong organization and prioritization to ensure accuracy and efficiency Excellent communication skills when dealing with stakeholders Tech‑savvy: Comfortable using various software tools, including CRM and Microsoft Office, and basic troubleshooting Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow Team orientation and collaboration with colleagues in a positive work environment Problem‑solving ability to find efficient solutions CDW is an equal‑opportunity employer.
