A progressive training organisation specialising in compliance and financial services training is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IST Officer to join its growing team. The successful candidate will support learning systems, online assessments, programme setup, and internal technical support functions to ensure the smooth delivery of training operations and learner support services.Key Responsibilities Conduct system testing Review online exam proctoring logs and monitor assessment compliance Compile and distribute proctoring and compliance reports Communicate findings and updates to Operations and Academic teams Resolve system and learner-related queries Load and manage learner information on internal systems Assist with programme setup and system configuration Perform system updates and maintenance activities Provide IST desktop and technical support to staff and learners Facilitate learner orientations and client demonstrations where required Requirements Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Systems Support, Educational Technology, or a related field Minimum 2 years experience in technical support, systems administration, LMS support, or online learning environments Experience with online assessment and proctoring systems advantageous Strong computer literacy and troubleshooting ability Excellent administrative and organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Professional, service-oriented, and detail-focused approach Skills & Attributes Analytical and solution-driven Strong attention to detail Adaptable and eager to learn Good interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently and within a team High level of professionalism and confidentiality This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow within a dynamic training and compliance environment focused on innovation and learner success.
