What You Bring Recognised qualification in Hospitality Management or related field Minimum 2 years supervisory experience within a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and fine dining service Proficiency in MS Office and hotel operating systems including Opera PMS, Micros POS and EMS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good financial acumen Proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, pressurised environment Flexible availability including weekends, public holidays and evenings What You Will Do Supervise daily restaurant operations with a focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction Motivate and energise staff through presence on the floor, clear communication and leading by example Maintain consistency in food and beverage presentation, guest interaction and service delivery Assist with scheduling, training and performance evaluations in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager Handle guest feedback and challenging situations with professionalism and decisive action Assist with inventory, stock control and cost management Support daily audits, banking checks and administrative processes Proactively identify and act on areas needing attention across staffing, floor flow and guest concerns
