Implement and maintain OHS systems, policies, and procedures in line with legal requirements. Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations. Manage facilities operations including maintenance, security, and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and environmental regulations. Coordinate emergency preparedness and sustainability initiatives. Oversee contractor management and service providers. Maintain safety documentation and prepare regular reports. Matric Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related field SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety certification (advantageous). 3–5 years’ experience in a similar Health, Safety, and Facilities Management role Strong knowledge of OHS Act, Building Regulations, and Environmental legislation Experience managing contractors and service providers Experience managing HSE at multiple office sites (advantageous). Skills required: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – skilled in data compilation and reporting Knowledge of OHS Act, Environmental Management Regulations, and incident investigation techniques Project coordination and facilities management Waste management and hazardous materials handling Data analysis and trend identification.
