Minimum Qualifications Grade 12 / Matric certificate. Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Housekeeping is advantageous. Experience 24 years experience in housekeeping or hospitality. Supervisory experience preferred. Experience in hotels, lodges, resorts, or guesthouses advantageous. Knowledge Housekeeping procedures and cleaning standards. Health, hygiene, and safety regulations. Stock and inventory control. Customer service principles. Skills Leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
