Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Manage VAT calculations and statutory submissions Support month‑end and year‑end reporting processes Ensure compliance with financial controls, accounting standards, and company policies Assist with financial analysis and reporting to support business decision‑making Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance reporting efficiencies Education BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification Experience Minimum 4 years of accounting experience Strong exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, and month‑end processes Previous experience within Fintech, Financial Services, Payments, or a technology-driven environment will be advantageous Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience working with ERP and cloud-based accounting systems Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
