Working directly with the Head Chef, your core purpose is to handle all F&B procurement, menu costings, and supplier management to take the administrative pressure off the culinary team. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized numbers specialist with experience managing backend inventory and paperwork for premium restaurants, weddings, and large events. Minimum Requirements Qualification in Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related administrative field. 3+ years of experience in inventory control, cost controller, or bookkeeping roles within hospitality. High proficiency in F&B software and accounting systems (e.g., Odoo, GAAP, Pilot, or Pastel). Exceptional accuracy, precise attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability. Strong team player with the communication skills to manage supplier and kitchen relationships. Willingness to relocate to a country estate environment. Key Duties Manage all kitchen procurement, verify supplier deliveries, and handle regular stock counts. Perform recipe costing calculations and monitor gross profit margins alongside the chef. Manage credit control, verify invoices against purchase orders, and process kitchen accounts. Conduct monthly stock takes, analyze variances, and implement systems to minimize waste.
