The Cape Town head office currently requires the services of a Bookkeeper. Main responsibilities Bookkeeping life-cycle (up to financial statements) Creditors & debtors administration, invoices, payments and reconciliations Bank reconciliations Assist with audit preparation Assistance with weekly and monthly financial reporting Identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues timeously General financial and administrative duties Vehicle-fleet administration Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Financial Diploma) At least 3 years’ relevant experience Strong numerical and accounting skills Advanced computer literacy (MS Office & Pastel) Experience in Xero financial software will be an advantage Good planning and organising skills Accurate, detail orientated and thorough Good interpersonal and communication skills (Afrikaans & English) Ability to work independently A market-related remuneration package, in accordance with qualifications and experience, will be agreed upon with the successful candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
