The role is focused on identifying and qualifying top-tier AI and ML talent across the US market. About the role You'll be the engine behind a high-performing AI recruitment desk, sourcing and qualifying top-tier AI and ML talent across the US market for some of the most exciting startups in the space. This is a research and delivery-focused role supporting a New York-based client team, owning the full candidate journey from sourcing through to first interview. Hours are US-aligned (approx. 12:00 - 21:00 SAST) - once you're earning $ commission on placements in the world's most active AI market, the hours feel very worth it What we're looking for Agency/staffing background in recruitment - non-negotiable Proven experience recruiting for the US market - you understand the culture, the lingo and the nuances Background in tech recruitment (AI, data, engineering or similar is strongly preferred) Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn Recruiter, with exposure to tools like JuiceBox a plus Comfortable with US-aligned hours from South Africa (12:00 - 21:00 SAST) Ambitious, commercially driven and motivated by building a high-performing desk Excellent written and verbal English with the confidence to engage senior technical candidates Compensation Base: R30,0000 - R46,500 Fully remote from South Africa If this sounds like the kind of role you've been looking for, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
