Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Junior Lead Generation Consultant to drive the growth of our client pipeline. In this role, you will be the engine of our sales outreach, focusing purely on identifying high-potential prospects and securing initial appointments. Responsibilities Lead Generation: Actively research, identify, and map out potential corporate clients matching our ideal customer profile. Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with key decision-makers through cold calling, professional emailing, and LinkedIn networking. Appointment Setting: Pitch our value proposition clearly and professionally to secure introductory meetings/appointments. Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and organized log of prospects, outreach history, and scheduled meetings in our CRM system. Collaboration: Coordinate closely with senior leadership to ensure a seamless handoff of scheduled meetings and alignment on target markets. Qualifications The Right Attitude: A resilient, proactive individual who is comfortable picking up the phone and isn't deterred by the word "no." Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport over the phone. Highly Organized: Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage a high volume of daily outreach activities. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn, professional email etiquette, and basic CRM tools (or a strong willingness to learn fast).
