Minimum Qualification National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Process Instrumentation or equivalent qualification Minimum Experience Minimum 3 years experience in power plant or industrial C&I environment Required Knowledge and Competencies Ability to interpret loop drawings and schematics Experience with DCS systems and field instrumentation Knowledge of industrial communication protocols Cable glanding and termination Instrument installation and inspection Fault finding and troubleshooting Team supervision and work allocation Key Duties and Responsibilities Supervise technicians, artisans and assistants on site Execute installation activities according to approved drawings Ensure correct routing and termination of cables Conduct inspections on instrumentation installations Verify loop checks and continuity tests Assist with calibration and commissioning support activities Monitor workmanship quality and compliance Identify and resolve technical installation problems Coordinate daily work execution with the Site Manager Ensure tools and test equipment are properly used and maintained Enforce safety procedures and housekeeping standards Record completed work and submit progress updates
