Design prompts and implement functions that guide our AI agents across multiple channels (voice, chat, email). Integrate with customer APIs, databases, and internal tools so agents can execute real-world tasks. Build and maintain internal tooling in TypeScript, with a focus on reusable components for agents and shared use. Test with live data, measure performance, and fine-tune for accuracy and reliability. Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, demo solutions, and iterate quickly. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ship high-quality, production-ready solutions. Contribute to processes, documentation, and best practices that support scalable AI development. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related STEM field. Excellent English, written and spoken. Strong hands-on skills with APIs, backend logic, and system integrations. Solid programming skills; experience with TypeScript is a strong advantage. Experience in technical, customer-facing roles (integrations, solutions engineering, etc.) is a strong plus. Familiarity with monitoring, dashboarding, or analytics tools (e.g., Datadog) is an advantage. Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and passion for AI.
