REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3 years experience in insurance sales and/or business development. Strong knowledge of insurance products, industry practices, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective growth strategies. Proven experience building and maintaining relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Relevant insurance qualifications and regulatory certifications, including RE5 and/or RE1, will be advantageous.
