Candidate Requirements Must be a current Pride Milling Employee Grade 12 Minimum 3-4 years experience in Warehousing with emphasis on stock- and people management Computer literate Own transport FMCG experience First Aider Attributes Good interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent personal organisation and business administration skills. Assertive and punctual Ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality Willingness to learn, improve and adapt. Must be resilient. Must be confident Must be friendly, approachable and focused on internal/external customer service Deadline orientated Willing to work shifts. Responsibilities Stock & Team management Loading and offloading of vehicles Quality checks on products received in warehouse Track and Control warehouse damages Pre-pick stock for delivery. Balanced and accurate. General housekeeping in Warehouse Track and control of forklifts; Maintenance, Daily checks, cleaning schedule and running cost.
