We are seeking a Salesforce Omni Studio Specialist with strong experience in financial services implementations using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Salesforce OmniStudio to design, build, and optimize digital experiences and workflows for financial services organizations. The role focuses on building scalable customer journeys, automations, and integrations that enhance client engagement and operational efficiency. This position requires strong collaboration with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver modern, customer-centric financial service solutions. 2. Key Responsibilities Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Omni Studio components including Flex Cards, Omni Scripts, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures. Develop guided user experiences and automated workflows for financial services processes. Configure reusable Omni Studio components to improve system calability and efficiency. Implement and configure solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Customize FSC data models, workflows, and automation to support banking, insurance, or wealth management processes. Support customer onboarding, client servicing, and relationship management workflows. Integration and Data Management Integrate Salesforce with external banking or enterprise systems. Build integrations using APIs and middleware where required. Ensure data consistency across Salesforce and external platforms. Solution Design and Collaboration Work with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Participate in solution design workshops and architecture discussions. Support system optimization, troubleshooting, and enhancements. Testing and Deployment Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing. Assist with deployment processes and release management activities. Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. 3. Required Technical Skills Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni Studio Experience implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Omni Scripts Flex Cards Data Raptors Integration Procedures Development and Integration REST and SOAP API integration Salesforce data modeling and automation tools Experience with Apex or Lightning components is advantageous 4. Tools and Technologies Experience working with tools such as: Git Jira CI/CD tools and Agile delivery frameworks 5. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field 3–6+ years of Salesforce platform experience Hands-on experience implementing Omni Studio and Financial Services Cloud solutions Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services environments 6.
