This role demands a visionary leader who is both technically skilled and deadline-driven, capable of scaling an innovative startup from scratch. Responsibilities: Lead the tech team, instilling a results-oriented and collaborative work culture. Drive the app’s technical vision, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality solutions. Oversee all tech operations, including architecture design, system performance, and security. Work closely with stakeholders to transform ideas into practical, scalable solutions. Stay ahead of the curve by adopting cutting-edge technologies in mobile app development and gaming. Quality control and ensures the team follows the vision of the brand. Requirements: Proven leadership experience as a CTO, Project Manager, Technology Manager, or equivalent. Relevant Education. Expert in Flutter, Dart, XCode and mobile application frameworks.
