This role focuses on managing public relations activities, driving media exposure, and supporting strategic communications across the region. Duties & Responsibilities Media Relations & PR Execution Develop and maintain relationships with key media, industry publications, and stakeholders. Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media pitches, and corporate announcements. Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and PR events. Monitor media coverage and ensure accurate brand representation. PR Content Development & Approval Process Draft locally generated PR content (press releases, media pitches, event communications) and ensure alignment through internal approval workflows , including: Regional Marketing Head review Headquarters PR team review Adapt and localize PR materials provided by headquarters to ensure relevance to the local market. Coordinate internal approvals before external distribution. Agency Coordination & PR Execution Act as the key point of contact for PR agencies. Brief PR agencies with approved and localized content, ensuring clear communication of messaging and objectives. Organize and lead bi-weekly alignment meetings with PR agencies to review progress, discuss upcoming activities, and optimize execution. Ensure agency outputs meet quality, timeline, and KPI expectations. PR Planning & Campaign Management Develop and maintain a monthly PR content and media plan aligned with business priorities. Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns across product launches, partnerships, and key industry initiatives. Identify opportunities for proactive media exposure and thought leadership. Event & Communications Support Support communication efforts for exhibitions, product launches, signing ceremonies, and roadshows. Prepare communication materials such as media kits, Q&A documents, and briefing notes. Assist in on-site media coordination during key events. Monitoring & Reporting Track PR performance metrics including media coverage, reach, and sentiment. Compile PR reports and provide insights for continuous improvement. Monitor industry trends and competitor communications. Desired Experience & Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, communications, or a related field. Experience working in a large corporation or multinational company is preferred . Strong understanding of PR workflows, including multi-level content approval processes and cross-regional collaboration . Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and external partners effectively. Preferred Skills Experience in renewable energy, technology, or industrial sectors. Experience working with PR agencies and managing agency performance.
