Machine Operator (Pillow Pack / Flow Wrapper) Durban Overview We are seeking Machine Operators to support and expand our current operations at our established facility in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and efficiently operating a pillow pack flow wrapper packaging machine, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate pillow pack flow wrapper packaging machines Ensure efficient production output in line with targets Maintain high standards of quality assurance and safety Monitor machine performance and report faults or issues Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Maintain a clean and safe working environment Minimum Requirements Previous experience operating packaging machinery (flow wrapper experience advantageous) Physically fit and able to operate machinery Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety Good communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team Reliable, committed, and willing to go the extra mile Flexible and adaptable in a multi-skilled environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Salary Market related #J-18808-Ljbffr
