Job Description The Fuel Attendant is responsible for providing efficient, friendly, and safe service to customers at the fuel station. This includes dispensing fuel, maintaining cleanliness of the forecourt, assisting customers with basic vehicle needs, handling cash and card transactions, and ensuring compliance with all safety and operational procedures. Requirements Grade 12 / NQF 4 Numerate Able to perform well under pressure Clean Criminal Record Precise and accurate Duties and Responsibilities Serving customers at fuel pumps. Maintaining and expanding high quality customer relations. Controlling fuel stock. Assistance during delivery of fuel. Balance Fuel sales after every end of shift. Identify discrepancies and be able to solve problems. Customer service. Ensure that the customer received the correct fuel as required by the vehicle and requested by the customer. Keeping the site clean and general housekeeping. Ad hoc duties.
