Are you a detail-driven operator with a knack for keeping things running like clockwork? Propr is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our linen warehouse operation, the engine room that keeps our properties guest-ready, every single day. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days look the same. You'll be responsible for the full cycle of linen and supplies, from laundry pickups to property deliveries, and everything in between. What you'll do: Manage the day-to-day running of the linen warehouse, ensuring efficient workflows and proper handling of all items Monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and manage orders for linen and supplies across all properties Ensure accurate and on-time packing and distribution of linen and supplies, tracking every movement Oversee the tracking of linen, stock, and owner items to maintain accurate records and seamless returns Work with laundromats and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and consistent quality Oversee key scanning and tracking procedures, ensuring all keys are accounted for and securely handled Ensure all linen and supplies are in excellent condition, identifying and addressing damaged or worn items Lead, motivate, and support your warehouse team - balancing accountability with positive reinforcement to keep performance and morale high Ensure adherence to Propr's policies on attendance, performance, and conduct Here's our description of the ideal person for this job: Based in Cape Town Solid experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations Proven track record managing a team Highly organised with strong attention to detail A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with mobile apps and digital tracking tools Hospitality or short-term rental experience would be a bonus - but it's not a dealbreaker #J-18808-Ljbffr
