The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and developing strong customer relationships within the forklift and material handling equipment market. This role requires a commercially minded leader who can develop strategic sales initiatives, mentor a sales team, and identify new business opportunities within the territory. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed branch sales targets Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives Identify new business opportunities and key accounts within the material handling industry Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their equipment and operational requirements Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to grow market share Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy Work closely with service, operations, and management teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or relevant experience) Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within industrial or capital equipment environments Previous sales leadership or management experience Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and account development Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management ability Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong commercial and analytical thinking Ability to build long-term client relationships Knowledge of the forklift or material handling industry will be advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
