We are looking for a driven and motivated individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to manage daily operations effectively. Responsibilities Staff Supervision: Effectively lead and manage a team. Stock Management: Consolidation of weekly and monthly stock counts to ensure accuracy. Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales performance and achieve company targets. Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support - knowledge of board cutting machinery is advantageous, machine care. Operational Support: Ensure smooth execution of current operations in Western Cape Area Support the relevant Retail business models. Requirements Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle – non -negotiable Previous experience in retail with a strong practical skillset is essential. Proficient in computer systems and administrative tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Supervisory experience with the ability to manage staff effectively.
