Key Performance Indicators To safely care for and maintain all Injection moulds Assist with tool trials / tool preparation in conjunction with planning department To ensure that all tools are prepared and available for production when required To ensure repairs and services to tooling are in accordance with company guidelines To flush and clean tooling after production To report defects and repairs by filling in control documents To report any deviations to management Upkeep and maintenance of Toolroom equipment and machinery 5S Minimum Requirements N3 plus Trade Certificate minimum 3 to 5 years’ working experience as a qualified toolmaker with Injection Moulding experience Technical Knowledge in the Injection mould industry Experience working with large moulds up to 50 tons Heavy Duty Crane License would be an added advantage Knowledge and understanding of working with tools with hot runners, grained surfaces and 2K materials is a requirement Knowledge of Injection Moulding Processes and setting is required to find faults and assist production with problem solving Required to work shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr
