Minimum requirements: Matric Valid drivers license Experience working on the Sage Payroll system, including wages and salaries. Experience working with the Metal Industries Benefit Funds Administrators (MIBFA) General knowledge of assisting employees with pension/provident funds and medical aids. General accounting and Excel knowledge, including preparing salary increases, bonuses, and leave provision schedules. General knowledge of South African labour laws, including assisting with CCMA-related matters. Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365. Maintaining and updating HR department policies and procedures. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Good communication and people skills. A fair, professional, and approachable individual who can work well with employees at all levels.
