Key Responsibilities Execute internal audit assignments in accordance with the approved audit plan. Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures. Develop and perform audit testing programmes and evaluate audit evidence obtained. Identify control weaknesses, compliance gaps, and operational risks. Prepare comprehensive working papers and maintain accurate audit documentation. Analyse and interpret financial and operational information to support audit conclusions. Raise audit findings and discuss recommendations with relevant stakeholders. Prepare high-quality audit reports and present findings to management. Monitor compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and internal audit standards. Assist in strengthening governance, risk management, and control processes across the organisation. Minimum Requirements BCom Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field (Non-Negotiable). 12 years' Internal Audit experience. Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and compliance principles. CIA qualification or postgraduate qualification will be highly advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and audit methodologies. Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills. What We're Looking For A naturally curious and inquisitive mindset.
