Minimum requirements: PhD / Masters Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Science or related field Proven expertise in citrus/subtropical propagation, tree crop physiology, phenological stage management, advanced IPDM (e.g., managing phytosanitary risks like FCM, CBS, thrips, or phytophthora), fertigation, and climate/irrigation management Minimum 710 years experience in high-value horticultural production systems with a dedicated focus on commercial citrus and/or subtropical tree crop operations Experience managing multi-site agricultural operations (advantageous) Strong understanding of export quality standards, global market access requirements, Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs), and agricultural certifications (e.g., GlobalG.A.P.)
