Objective of Role To act as a representative of Aspen Pharmacare at Oncologists, Haematologists, Urologists and physicians- covering Rare Disease therapeutic area in oncology/haematology. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed set sales targets and market share objectives. To drive and generate sales on the Oncology product basket in the territory. To effectively manage the regional territory by means of planning, territory analysis, customer targeting and call coverage of identified customer base, and host formal Scientific Meetings to enhance patient care. Effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies. Providing ongoing customer support and training. Effective territory expense management and control. Educational Requirements Matric Driver’s license Minimum 5 years of Sales Experience working with Biologic molecules at Multinational companies Oncology experience will be advantageous Nursing experience will be advantageous Skills & Competency Requirements Product knowledge on relevant Aspen and Competitor Oncology products Existing customer relationships Effective territory management Ability to work effectively as part of a team (collaboration with a KZN counterpart) Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers Administration skills - ability to comply with the required administration standards associated with this position. Ability to work under pressure, to set priorities and to demonstrate time management skills. Creativity and Flexibility - the ability to work in a changing environment and to adapt to different situations, travelling for Country Trips and initiating and driving after hours Scientific Meetings. Willingness to grow in the role. Establishes and maintains positive relationships (mutual trust and respect) with customers and other stakeholders. Network with regional Teams Computer Skills Required The applicant must be proficient in the various applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) within the Microsoft Office bundle. Drivers Licence The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel as per the expectations of the role.
