ABOUT THIS ROLE Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for turning insights into impactful business decisions? A leading Durban-based organisation in the telecoms space is looking for a Senior BI Analyst to take ownership of reporting, analytics, and performance tracking across key products and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on working with complex datasets, building powerful dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. WHAT YOU WILL DO Analyse telecoms data including subscriber, billing, and usage metrics Monitor and report on KPIs such as revenue, churn, and campaign performance Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and reporting tools Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data accuracy Investigate and resolve data-related issues Deliver regular and ad hoc reports to stakeholders WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Degree or Diploma in IT, Information Systems, or related field 3–5 years’ experience in BI or data analysis Strong SQL and Power BI skills Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Jasper Reports) Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 proficiency Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills If you’re ready to take the lead in delivering meaningful data insights and drive business performance, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
