About the Role As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns and activations for our client. This position requires a proactive and detail‑oriented individual with a strong background in client services and BTL campaign management within the advertising industry. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, establishing and nurturing strong relationships to understand their objectives, challenges, and expectations. Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, production, and strategy to develop tailored campaign proposals and strategies that align with client objectives. Lead the end‑to‑end execution of BTL campaigns, from concept development to implementation and post‑campaign analysis. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on‑time and within‑budget delivery of campaigns. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to provide updates on campaign progress, discuss performance metrics, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, leveraging data insights to optimize strategies and drive results for clients. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients. Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. 3‑5 years of experience in client services and account management within an advertising agency, with a focus on below‑the‑line campaigns. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering impactful campaigns for FMCG brands. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies effectively to clients and internal teams. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
